It's been a while and I've kind of lost my motivation. Things have been icky around here and I've been allowing myself to have a bad attitude. Right now I'm not all that happy with the way things are going but I do want to improve it.

However, at the end of April I found out that one of my favorite singers (Gavin DeGraw) would be performing at a radio station and the only way in was by winning tickets. Well I knew I would win the tickets...I usually do but dang! Winning the tickets was super easy compared to times in the past. So anywho, all went well with that and I even got to meet him (again, for the second time).

Recently I've also been working on a new thing called Project Trillionaire. I would really like for people to join it.

Airport!

Something interesting...and it seems to keep popping up more than usual. I have this whole airport thing going on this week. It's everywhere. The other day my dad's friend called and ask if someone could come pick him up from the airport since he wouldn't be able to get a ride until several hours later. Alrighty, no problemo...sounds fun. It'd been over a decade and a half since I'd been out there and I've been wanting to drive out there and kind of learn my way around (yeah because I had the mindset that it would be ridiculously complicated to navigate one's way while driving around...so wrong!) since I expect for my lifestyle to include trips to airport (though I still want to roadtrip to L.A. at least!!!). Anywho, yesterday I went to the library making my rounds for all kinds of millionaire-related books. By the way, fun fact: Warren Buffett, who was ranked #2 under Bill Gates on the Forbes 400 in 2006, drove (hopefully still does, heh) a 2006 Cadillac DTS. Man could have any car in the world but he chose a current Cadillac Deville (DTS). He's my kind of guy. ...though I still prefer a Cadillac XLR and intend on driving one soon. Back on track now...I was flipping through a biography of Rockefeller that I had checked out, and came across some objects that someone had left in the book. They were two boarding passes...with "26 DEC 04" stamped on them. My 20th birthday! I think that was around the same time (it was probably on that day) that I decided that I wanted to be a millionaire by age of 24.

Lesson Learned

Well I learned a little lesson the other day but it really was a reminder that LOA is actually working. A little over a month ago I had my first test in my marketing class. I knew that I had made at least an 80 or a B on it but there were enough questions on the test that stumped me, but I really wanted an A. I spent some time, especially before the teacher handed back our tests focusing on receiving a score of 90 or better. Received my test back and I had scored 92 which of course was an A. Then we had our second test just a couple of weeks ago. Oh boy, this one was tough test. I knew I had at least made a 76 on it...but that wasn't good enough for me. My Spring Break started right after I had finished taking the test and the break lasted for about two weeks. I decided to put aside the test in my mind during the break so it wouldn't haunt me too much while I tried to enjoy my mini vacation. Our first day of class back from the break was the other day, so I started thinking in my mind again about scoring an A on the test. I thought that it would be great if I made a 92 or better. But then I had these worrying doubts in my mind. I thought that a 90 would be great too and then I thought that maybe I should be more "realistic" about the grade so I jumped down to getting an 88...then skipped on down to an 84. As he was passing the test back my mind was trying to push down the "negative" thoughts and I started focusing on getting a 90 or better but right before I got my test I decided that I would be happy with an 88 because that was the lowest grade I could receive while still maintaining an A average in the class.
Needless to say, I made an 88 on the test. I noticed that he had actually added points on my original score, which had been an 84. Now, a score of 84 was the lowest I had been willing to accept during that whole thought process, and the 88 was what I had settled on in my mind.
Next time I'm not going to even think about any grade less than a 90.

Quick Manifestation

Earlier this week I began reading Rapid Manifestation by Song ChengXiang just to brush up and help me to focus more when using the Law of Attraction since I’ve kind of lost touch with it during this past semester that I was in school. It was kind of refreshing.

A little while ago I listed some of my textbooks from previous semesters on Half.com since I can usually get more for them on there than I could if I sold them back to the school’s bookstore.

Yesterday when I woke up, I thought to myself “I’m going to sell a textbook today.” A few hours later I checked my e-mail and saw that Half.com had sent me a notice that I had made a sale. Yay! Hehe, I believe this has been one of my faster manifestations.

Since I had finished reading Rapid Manifestation the night before and had all the material fresh on my mind prior to yesterday’s little manifestation, I figured it would be the perfect choice for this post’s ebook download.

It's been a while since I've updated this...oops. :}

I just want to say that I am very thankful for my '95 Cadillac Deville! I bought it 0back in November and it has made driving so much easier and enjoyable compared to driving the Saturn for a year. I am a 100% Cadillac person. Nothing else seems to do. I have had to spend a small fortune to fix the brakes, but I was very fortunate that all of my serious brake problems occured while driving in the driveway and not while on the road. *Sighs* But the car is magnificent! While it's not a '05 Xenon Blue XLR with Shale interior or a White Diamond Escalade with shale interior, it is a green Deville with the shale colored interior! Anywho, I love the car dearly and I am happy to have it! :)

In addition to my ramblings on here, I would like to share LOA related ebooks with everyone each time I post.

XLRs have been on the road for 3 years now and that's as long as I've wanted one. I've seen them at the dealership, I've seen pictures of the one that was supposedly Pacman's (I still think that someone was trying to frame him with that car), and I know that George Jones ordered one from Andrews. I have never ever seen an XLR on the road. Yesterday I was resuming my newest hobby of spotting White Diamond Escalades and I was thinking "Ok, enough with the Escalades...I need to focus on my XLR." So I sat there thinking about my L.A. roadtrip and moments later I see it.

A black XLR drove by. I seriously was in shock with my mouth open. I'm going to take this as a veeery good sign. I still cannot get over the whole thing...

I've been really bad about updating all of my "blogs."

Anywho, recently I decided that I am going to get a used ('04-'06) Cadillac Escalade in White Diamond (good color, good name) in addition to my Xenon blue XLR. :D I'm going to own so many Cadillacs...and I'm going to love every single one of 'em!

In the meanwhile, I live on a pretty busy street and haven't noticed many White Diamond Escalades coming through here. So the past three days I've been focusing on White Diamond Escalades. The first day, I might have saw one (I wasn't too sure, eep). But between yesterday and today....wowza! I think there was even a moment where two went by in a row...the first one had a headlight out on one side and the one that followed it several seconds later had a headlight out on the other side. I've seen one of the ones with a missing headlight go back by here today, I've seen one (maybe there's two or three of them) go by with both headlights properly working (hehe, headlights that work are always a good thing), and I've seen one that's the sporty (?)model (EXT) go past here both days. Usually this particular vehicle has stood out to me in the past when I'm out driving around but I never really noticed them going through here... Maybe it's just silly, but it does make me happy. *Sighs* And I can totally see myself sitting in the driver's seat, slightly turned looked out the back windshield as I backthe thing up...I can also see myself getting in and out of it, and petting the 'lil (er, big) beauty. Mmm, lots of fun.

Manifesting Johnny Depp

I am going to be somewhat lazy and post this little story that I posted on another blog. Maybe it's just me, but I found my little manifestation experience to be kind of amusing...lol

Once again, I'm doing the whole "The Secret" thing and I was trying to be specific about what I wanted to manifest into my life, so I was concentrating on Johnny Depp...from Owensboro, Kentucky (a by chance meeting was what I wanted)...Um, somehow that whole message didn't quite get through because instead of meeting the Johnny Depp (from Owensboro, cause it would be a shame to run into some completely different Johnny Depp) the next day Owen and Johnny came over...So close (name wise) and yet so far away. Darn. But that's a good sign, right? I mean, if I can fine-tune my "want" so that it's exact. lol

Story of the day

I'm going to post this little tid bit that I posted on a message board the other day about how the Law of Attraction took effect before I even knew what it was.

"Back in 2004 I won three different contest for concert tickets. One contest was for tickets to my favorite band and from winning the tickets, I was entered into a grand prize drawing to win a video camera and the opportunity to go on stage and video tape one of the songs (though this happened in 4 other cities and the band kept the tape because they were going to choose one person's to turn into a new music video). Anyways, years before this happened, I had in my mind that I wanted to meet the band every chance I could get and that one day I would go backstage at this particular venue (the venue is my favorite), and then one day I would also be on stage of the venue (though in my mind I was playing guitar on stage, lol). Well, from the contest I was able to meet the band (for the second time), I got to go backstage for a brief moment, and I was on stage (off to the side) for several minutes.
The next year (2005) I won another contest to see another one of my favorite singers in a small special concert (the only way you could get in was to win tickets and there were only like 50 winners altogether + 1 guest per person). Later that night I had the chance to meet him and get an autograph.

I know it was definitely the LOA because in each contest, not only could I see myself at these events, I could feel it within myself. I was celebrating before it even happened, hehe."

I think I may have manifested a grade on a test. It may seem silly to make that assumption, but I was really struggling with studying for it so I kept telling myself that even though I can't concentrate on the information I will do fine (meaning above a C, hopefully at least a B), just don't panic or stress out over it. I also included the bit about the test in my prayers, though I usually don't feel good about praying for that sort of thing and try not to. But I tried envisioning myself received the test back with a grade within the "B" range, and.....I received my B....In the past, given the same scenerio with studying and not feeling that I knew the information well enough, I would think that I would probably make a C, and I usually did. I tried to avoid that mind set, and everytime I had thoughts of a C, I would tell myself "Psh, I am going to make a B and that's that!"

I'm slowly catching on and trying to put the LOA to use.

Well, I had $100 come to me today. Though it was about half of the amount I lent someone to borrow, but I wasn't expecting it this soon. That's a good sign, right? Heh. I'm greatful for it, yay!

"The Secret"

The recent "explosion" of this thing called "The Secret" has caught my attention (erm, thanks to watching Oprah).

Last month we learned that my mom has cancer. The day that she had a biopsy and an MRI, we arrived home afterwards and Oprah was on. The show was about "The Secret."
Wow, what timing. The day had been one of those days where I needed a sign...something to give me a little bit of hope...and my little bit of hope came.

So I have yet to actually read or watch "The Secret," but it has led me to do a little bit of research...though I've barely touch the surface. I'm still exploring and slowly reading all the information I can about "Laws of Attraction," intention manifestation, personal developement, etc...

I'm trying it all out as I learn it and hope to keep track of it through this blog.

Lastnight I was so focused on winning a huge amount of money from the lottery to buy my "dream" car, though I did not win...lol. However, today something happened that was slightly unexpected. I came across 8 cents (I know, I know...I'm so freakin rich now!), but it came from a source that has been pretty dry for me for the past couple of months, so I'm taking the 8 cents as another good sign....and I am very thankful for it, even if it's not much to many people. Then again, 8 cents can buy one specific bead that I enjoy working with in my bead work... :)
